for those serving:
- praise team, skit team, games people, message-deliverer
- the right attitudes (no complaining, put aside the 'beefs' with fellow servants, proper motives in serving)
- for preparation (last-minute practices!!)
- organization (make sure everything is done, get everything done and planned)

new-comers:
- open-minds (be willing to listen and be respectful of those participating...hahha unlike last time)
- for new comers, period....haha no point if there's no one there!
